After your payment we will send the voucher by registered mail. Please consider the delivery time abroad, depending on the country it can take 1-3 weeks.
The value of the voucher will be cleared with the value of goods. A payout of the voucher value is not possible.
The code on the voucher is for single use only. If the value of the voucher is not completely redeemed, we will put a new voucher for the difference amount in the parcel, so that the rest value can be redeemed later on.
