The shipping costs per item are given in each offer. When purchasing more than one item, only the shipping costs of the item with the highest shipping costs will be charged.

Items that can be shipped by parcel service, will be shipped with DHL, GLS, UPS or DHL Express, depending on the item. For deliveries to German islands, an island surcharge may apply. In the shopping cart you can enter your place of delivery with zip code, then you will see the shipping costs.

Items that can not be sent by parcel service, we will ship by forwarding. The costs for shipment by cargo company given in the offers are only indicated for Germany (without islands). For getting to know the forwarding costs for German islands or other countries, we need to know the delivery address.

For deliveries outside the EU, the item price is calculated without VAT. For deliveries to non-EU countries, please assume that custom duties and fees may apply.

We will ship at latest four working days after we receive your payment. As we are on business trips sometimes, we can not always guarantee a shipment on the day of your purchase or one day later. If you have an urgent need for parts, please call us before ordering. Than we can tell you when we are able to ship the package.

If we are on holiday are absent more than four working days, you will be notified seperately in our shop before ordering.

After the shipment has been completed, you will receive the trackingnumber by email.

The G-shop is connected to the packaging ordinance. Of course, we also withdraw the outer packaging here on-site.

A note on our own behalf:

We ship the items mainly in “used cardboard boxes”. On the one hand, we can keep the shipping and packaging costs for you as low as possible and on the other because of environmental reasons. There are so many cardboard boxes that are disposed as of waste paper after single use; We do not want to support this!
