Oil pan for the 4-cylinder petrol engine M102. This oil pan was mounted ex-factory in conjunction with manual gearbox at the following engine types 102.981, 102.987, 102.997 and 102.998.
Can be used as spare part or part for an engine conversion as well to equip other engine types M102 with the G-model sump.
The difference between this oil pan and the ones of sedan cars is that more oil is available as well as the oil can still be sucked when the climbing ability is fully exploited. For this purpose, of course, the corresponding oil pump is required.
